Design For my Dad’s sourdough bread business. He bakes about 50-60 loaves a week and sells them from his home in Stowe, VT every Friday from 4-6 PM. He has been baking for 10+ years and learned most of what he knows by apprenticing for Gerard in Westford, VT.
